Wow if people dont start entering this soon its going to suck T^T


my contest is the fan character mugshot contest.
what must you do?
first ask to enter 83, then choose one of three character frames.....

evil: [link]
neutral: [link]

you must fit your character into one ofthe frames in a style similar to that shown i the comic books. this usually involves only the head or detail down to the waist....now what i want to see is actual believable expressions from your characters i want to see them posed and not looking straight at you unless you really want to id rather see them looking of in another direction with an apropriete expression okay.
now the second part is the banner beneath the characters..now this needs both the name of the character in block capitals and a caption describing each character eg. for sonic theres "hero of mobius" or espio is "chaotix's ninja" so be creative it can be a pun or a joke or just a basic description no longer than 4 words....(the more clever the better).

now i have coloured the frames but that doesnt mean you cant recolour then yourself have fun with them but id suggest saving them as a png so the colours are less messy and id also suggest paint.net for adding the character in....or any other program that uses a layer system.

now when you submit your entry give a link to this journal and the the original frame in my gallery.

please ask as many people as you can who would be interested in entering....well thats all from this contest so get out there and start makin some art.....see yah ^^.
anyway if anyone want to commision me or do an art trade just ask me im more than happy to do it 83.

now the prizes to those who win
to first place: a hand drawn and inked picture of your character an also a coloured version submitted seperately, plus a sprite of the character in the frame.

runners up get: their character drawn and inked plus the sprite.
